Duckweed Urban Grocery signed their 4th location with Britney representing the landlord. She reached out to them via Facebook knowing they would be the perfect fit for the project...and they agreed and signed a 10 year lease term!

Leased to Rock It Indoor Cycing & Fitness, this new concept is bringing high intensity workouts to the 2,400 new residential units within walking distance. Britney represented the landlord.

Looking for some local brands to support? Britney leased to this up and coming surf shop, Sand Surf Co. with a big following online. She helped them through the process as they leased their first ground up location.

Need a spa day? Britney brought the local high-end Crave Spa to this new development and helped them through their buildout process. They are now operating their second location in Tampa bay.

Bringing a national brand to Tampa Bay, Britney leased this 1,200 SF end-cap space to Buzzed Bull Creamery which features alcoholic ice cream! Tampa loves new concepts and we are proud to be a part of their first location in Florida!
